Featuring Farmer's Daughters and New Mexico Farmers




An unparalleled farm-to-table experience at Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town awaits. We've partnered with Farmer’s Daughters and several New Mexico farms for a series of farm-to-table dinners featuring local, in-season produce and products.

This special series highlights the importance of New Mexico’s agricultural and farming industry in today’s world. Cuisine and custom beverages for each dinner are a collaboration between our executive chef Gilbert Aragon and cousins and Farmer’s Daughters founders Ashley and Chantelle Wagner with cuisine built around seasonal ingredients and products. 

Each dinner features a tasting menu with paired wines.

Participating farmers, ranchers and artisans include: Legacy Pecans; Big Jim Farms; Pajarito Valley Farms; Romero’s Food & Vegetables; Chispas Farm (Organic); A to Z Family Farm; Valle Encantado/ Organicals (Organic); Ranney Ranch; Agricultura; Fish Hugger; Beck + Bulow; Pollo Real; Ranney Ranch; and Bosque Baking.

Join us under the wisteria of the Pavilion and Spanish Gardens of Hotel Albuquerque for these celebrations of of our local agricultural and farming industry.
